AANARTA KATHAK was founded by Kathak Nritya Alankar, SIDDHI BHONGALE under the guidance of Guru Rajashree Oak in 2018 in Malad West (Mumbai). We are extremely glad and proud to see that our dream has come true.
Looking at the success of the Aanarta Kathak wherever we've quite 40 students learning the artform of Kathak, we tend to dedicate this accomplishment to our Guru RAJASHREE OAK also to our parents. we tend to also convey all the those that showed their support and like to our Nartanalay. With the blessings of our Guru, oldsters and every one the people who supported us, our Aanarta Kathak Nartanalay is standing tall and graciously spreading the knowledge.
All Kathak classes are taught by Guru Mrs. Siddhi Bhongale Karlekar
Mrs. Siddhi Bhongale Karlekar is learning kathak since she was 8 years old. She started her journey from her small hometown Ratnagiri, Maharashtra. She is one of the disciple of Guru Rajashree Oak, and Kathak art form with a great dedication and sincerity for more than 9 years. She has received the Kathak Nrityalankar degree from the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay Mandal. She has performed in various Music and Dance festivals in Mumbai & Maharashtra.
She is the Founder and Director of Aanarta Kathak Nartanalay, which is her Kathak Dance institute. Apart from being a very good dancer she is a very able teacher that her students are very fond of her. Many of her students have got distinctions & 1st class remark in Akhil bhartiya gandharva mahamandal exams. She believes any art form is the medium to express ourselves and wants to give this medium to so many others.
With the blessings of our Guru, oldsters and every one the people who supported us, our Aanarta Kathak Nartanalay is standing tall and graciously spreading the knowledge.
We take admissions from 1st level that is "Prarambhik" till 7th level that is "Visharad". Beginners admissions are open in the month of May and November. Anyone above 7 years old can join our classes. This course is affiliated to Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahamandal. It is a certified course.
Those who have learned the basis kathak but don’t want to continue the exams can join our this special batch. We explore kathak on Bollywood songs, fusion songs.
We take online classes for students who can’t travel to our branches and also for International students.
We also take one on one sessions if asked for.
